HERR MENDL


Herr Mendl, great-great-great grandson of the founder of Mendl's, is its owner and head pastry chef. The culinary artistry of the patisserie was passed down through the Mendl family, and Herr Mendl was also trained at the same culinary school in Strasbourg, France as the bakery's founder.


AGATHA


Agatha, the assistant pastry chef at Mendl's, trained intensively for a year under the apprenticeship of Herr Mendl, to perfect the art of pastry making and decorating.
